It feels strange to say that at age 21 but real talk I really miss a lot of things from back in the days. With the new year just around the corner and all that it has to offer for everyone, I just sat back and reminisced about mad shit. Now that I'm on break from school thats all I really do is sit around, think, listen to music, play video games or play basketball. I had some videos from my myspace blog I did a while back and it reminded me of how good television was. It was so much quality shows on. My parents was strict daddies too when I was young so I never really got to go outside unless I did all my homework, but TV was soo crack that I was hooked from the time I came home to about 7 pm and thats when I usually started my homework.
Nickelodeon had shit on smash with crack shows like: Keenan & Kel, SNICK, All That(1st cast), Are You Afraid of the Dark, Doug, Adventures of Pete & Pete, Legends of the Hidden Temple, My Brother and Me, Aaahh Real Monsters, Salute Your Shorts, Clarissa Explains it All, Wild and Crazy Kids, Double Dare, Rocko's Modern Life, Rugrats, and Cousin Skeeter. The list really can keep going [Ya remember Wayne Head???], but real talk that was all on one channel. When you built up enough strength to turn the channel you had The Power Rangers, Arthur, VR Trooper(was aight).
Then you had the sitcoms like:Martin, Jamie Foxx Show, The Fresh Prince, Wayne's Brothers, Sister Sister, Living Single, Hanging w/ Mr. Cooper, Moesha, Family Matters, Boy Meets World, Blossom, and NY Undercover. I know I'm missing some but forreal kids these days are real unfortunate that they dont have shows of this quality on TV. I really went in on the list too, I just stopped and smile a lil bit. Not taking anything from TV now a days but it will never be the same. I'm done.

Jamie Foxx know what he was doing putting this album together. I was really looking for more of Unpredictable but this album was definitely not that. He flooded the album with all the big names thats doing it big in 2008, from artist to producers. My hands down james brown tracks are: "Freak'in Me ft Marsha Ambrosius (from Floetry), "Blame It" ft T-Pain, "I Don't Know", "Weekend Lover", "Slow", "Overdose" and "Love Brings Change". I like that he got a share of club bangers "Blame It", "Number One", and "I Don't Know". Overall the album is very solid and its a very radio friendly album as well. The album dropped on Dec 16th and in its first week of sales, she sold about 322,000, which makes her best first week sale. Keyshia Cole went out and got my boy Nas on the album, i was like Wow, i really couldn't see them colaborating but the track was aight "Oh-Oh, Yeah-Yeah". "Trust","You Complete Me", "Brand New"and "This is Us" are the best songs on the album hands down like 6:30!! I can really play them all day, i feel like Keyshia was singing to me on all of them. Monica did her thang on the "Trust" track. Some other favs on the album that you should check out is "Make Me Over",, "No Other", , and "Where This Love Could End Up". Overall the album is good music and its a good look by Keyshia because she dares to be different because on the first two albums you could really feel the pain that she was going through, but we all know with all the bumps and roadblocks that life throws at you, theres always light at the end of the tunnel. Pretty much this album is Keyshia's bringing us on the ride and showing us that she getting closer to that light.
Sidebar:"Play Ya Cards Right" is a nice track but it really weird that its 2008 and Tupac is still featuring on people tracks. LOL I know ya remember when they said he was alive and was living in Cuba. Ha Ha Ha!!!

The color pink and luxury cars! Im sure that was easy to answer. Paris is definitely taking a page out of Killa Cam book with this recent purchase. I'm not a fan of the color pink and i think this looks disgusting. Especially the rims, I mean come on she coulda kept the stocks on the whip. The interior is fierce. Maybe its me but i really dont think Anthony Hamilton gets the respect he deserves. I got his new album and its official like a referee with a whistle!! The Point of It All is Anthony Hamilton's six studio album and it was released on December 16th. My favorite track is "Her Heart", and some other favs on the album is Cool,The Day We Met,I Did It For Sho, Soul's on Fire, and She's Gone.

I Can Definitely Recognize that Keri Hilson is a real woman(in my Jerome voice from Martin). She been putting her stamp on the game with her songwriting skills. Now she stepping from behind the scenes and stepping in the limelight with her voice. Her songwriting resume dates back to 2001. I'm a big fan of HBO's "Entourage" and the song on the closing credits are always the truth. When i heard Chester French's She Loves Everybody i was like Oh snap they about to make they splash on the scene. I heard about Chester French a while back on Myspace[2007 back when i was going hard on Myspace]. They are Harvard graduates who created their first album in their dorm's basement.[hold up when did dorms ever have basements, i should've applied to Harvard lol] They called it Love the Future. They are signed to Pharell's StarTrack label, and hopefully in 09 they get the opportunity to showcase their talents to the world. Here's a track called She Loves Everybody:

It was a while back but i remember asking the fellas that i roll with a question about Run's House. I asked them if Vanessa and Angela Simmons had their own show, would you still watch Run's House?? Of course they said yeah they would still watch Run's House. Now the Simmons Sisters have their own show on MTV, titled Daddy's Girl. Okay....So I definitely knew it was not just me after recieving texts...Why was it sooo warm today? As I stepped out all bundled up ready to take my lil sis to the bus stop I had to step right back in to shed my layers, hat, & gloves because it was too warm @ 7:15 in the AM??? lol. With a national championship berth on the line the fellas on St Johns Red Storm lost in double overtime to the Maryland Terrapins (yuck)! St Johns played hard but Maryland was more hungry. The Terp was on the attack the whole game and got off mad shots on goal. Shout out to Neal Kitson, the St Johns goal keeper, the senior was balling forreal, he really did all that he could to keep the season alive. He made nine saves and they were all great plays. The Red Storm played as if they just was trying to get to penalty kicks while the Terps was playing like they was trying to get out of there with the W. On a positive note the Red Storm had a great season, they finished the season at 19-3-3. Sidebar i really texted all the Maryland natives that go to St Johns with me, and told them to watch the game so they can see the Terps lose and my planned backfired LOL! Its all good tho my boys gonna come back next year and take the chip!

I went to Europe 2 years ago and i brought a couple of DVDs (Jamie Foxx's Laffapalooza)that could keep me entertained thru the cable-less nights i would endure throughout my whole trip. I never would have imagine that these jokes would have that much of an impact on everybody who watched them with me. Everybody on my cohort know these jokes by heart. I can't wait till we have a reunion. LOL Cohort C.
